If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased from our site, you can return it within 15 days of purchase and we will provide you an exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item." Freight and handling charges cannot be reimbursed. When returning items offered with "free shipping", the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In addition most manufacturers charge a minimum of a 15% restocking fee, which will be passed on to you and deducted from your return should you wish to return your item(s).

Canceling An Order:


If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item on an existing order before it ships from the manufacturer there will be a 15% processing fee deducted from your refund or an additional charge made to cover the fee. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-877-757-2870. Generally we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. If you cancel your order after it has shipped from the manufacturer it is considered a return. Please read through How Do I Return My Order.

Sales tax:

All Spring Air mattresses & mattress sets purchased at Your Comfort Mattress include free Platinum White Glove Home Delivery service.

Your purchase will be sent to you by a service that is superior to all other doorstep, threshold and standard home delivery services. Our partner insures greater responsibility in making sure your selection arrives safely into your home to insure a carefree delivery.

Platinum White Glove Home Delivery Service highlights:

  • Pre-call to arrange 4 hour delivery window for your convenience

  • Two person delivery crew

  • No additional charges for unlimited stair carry

  • Shorter wait for you from date of purchase to in home set-up (*Spring Air hand crafts your mattress to order and ships direct to the in home delivery agent. This reduces your waiting time, and with less handling reduces the potential for damaged products)



  • Platinum White Glove Home Delivery Service what to expect on day of delivery:

    Upon arrival, your delivery crew will ask you to direct them to the room your mattress set will be placed. We ask that prior to delivery you have the bed or bed frame available for unobstructed installation of your new mattress set. We also ask that the pathway from your door to the room be free to avoid delays.

    Your delivery crew will: un-package your product, provide final inspection, and install as requested. Light assembly of up to 30 minutes for bed frame set-up is also included.

    We ask that you carefully inspect your new mattress (set) for order accuracy, and to insure that there is no damage or defects prior to releasing the delivery crew. Once satisfied, you will be asked to sign the proof of delivery receipt which releases your delivery crew.

    If any damage or defects are discovered, we ask you to refuse your delivery and contact us immediately at 877-757-2870 to address your concern. Your Comfort Mattress or Spring Air will not be liable for product damages reported after you have released your delivery crew. After installation is accomplished to your satisfaction, all packaging materials will be taken away.

    How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?


    Spring Air hand crafts your mattress to order and ships direct to the in home delivery agent. This reduces your waiting time, and with less handling reduces the potential for damaged products. Most orders will leave the manufacturers in 7-10 business days. Transit time for In Home White Glove Platinum Delivery is approximately 10 days depending on your location and what delivery date you set with the delivery company.

    Don't Pay An Extra Penny For Shipping! That's right; all our products come with free shipping. Free Shipping is offered only in the 48 contiguous US states. We promise you won't be surprised with any hidden charges. The price you see is the price you will pay, unless you live in Michigan where sales tax applies. Please be aware that if you return an item marked as Free Shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

    Returning An Order:


    At Your Comfort Mattress, we want you to be extremely happy with your bedding purchase. Therefore, you may be rest assured that you can return any product within 15 days of receipt under the following conditions:
    1. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified, or are stained or soiled.
    2. Prior return authorization is required by calling 877-757-2870 or emailing customerservice@yourcomfortmattress.com. Failure to obtain return authorization will result in your return being refused and shipped back to you at your cost.
    3. The initial freight charges plus a minimum of a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the account credit given. Return freight and shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer. If at any time Your Comfort Mattress or the manufacturer is billed for return freight, that amount will be deducted from your final refund or charged back to you if refund has already been issued.
    4. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of those products the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
    5. For undeliverable or refused shipments, the customer will be responsible for the initial freight (including actual shipping costs in a “free shipping offer”), and any and all return charges for freight, plus a minimum of a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of insuring the return freight.

    Damage Upon Delivery:


    If the item is damaged upon delivery, you should refuse the delivery and clearly write your detailed reasons for refusal on the delivery paperwork called the “Bill of Lading” that the delivery men will ask you to sign before they leave your home. Please make sure you carefully inspect your new bed BEFORE signing the Bill Of Lading for the delivery team. Do not sign that you accept the delivery.

    If you should notice something within 24 hours of the delivery team leaving your home please call us directly at 877-757-2870 we will make every effort to work with the delivery company to get this taken care of quickly and efficiently.
